I did 15 minutes before work and half an hour after. I am sore. I am deaf but not tone-deaf. I sound pretty bad.
Things I need to do:
1) Get a better shoulder rest.
2) Try not to sprint before I can jog. Maybe master simple scales before trying to do double stop exercises.
3) Break up sessions and do some hand weights.
I don’t know exactly what we will be playing. It’s only excerpts from pieces so I’m hoping it’s the easier parts of popular classical pieces.
